Job Description:
A. Aged Care
* Assist in the selection, evaluation, and hiring process of AIN (Assistant in Nursing) and Nursing personnel.
* Verify employees’ documents, including qualifications, registrations, CVs, police reports, etc.
* Manage inquiries from clients and partners efficiently.
* Evaluate clients’ needs and ensure the delivery of required care services.
* Develop schedules and timesheets for clients and personnel.
* Ensure the delivery of quality services and adherence to administrative procedures.
* Contribute to the establishment of unit policies and procedures.
* Administer the nursing unit budget and ensure the availability of supplies and equipment.
* Manage payable and receivable accounts.
B. NDIS
* Learn regulations and stay updated on changes (NSW Service, Australia Service, etc.).
* Compile a list of all NDIS services.
* Select the services we can provide.
* Initiate contact with potential clients.
* Coordinate with clients and employees.
* Plan schedules and timesheets for employees.
* Record service hours and types.
* Monitor payable and receivable accounts.
* Communicate with overseas personnel.
Plus other tasks as assigned by the CEO.
Salary will be offered based on experience.
